The winter is upon us once more and after creating my own recipe for Vegan Baileys last year, I had to make up another batch as a special winter warmer treat again!

I no longer drink alcohol apart from special occasions ( A glass of Red or a refreshing Beer is my go to choice – Vegan of course!) so when that moment arises, I make sure its an enjoyable Vegan alternative.

During the Chilly festive season I USED to love settling down with a glass of Baileys poured over ice or paired with a coffee. Since becoming Vegan last year I successfully made my own Vegan alternative to this highly loved Irish liqueur and I’m very happy to be sharing this creamy, smooth and warming drink with you.

This is also relatively cheap to make 🙂 compared to the purchasing the ‘Vegan Baileys Almande’ which is now on the market at around £20 a pop!

The recipe includes 6 ingredients, most of which are kitchen cupboard staples found in any vegan kitchen and takes less then 10 minutes to make!

Enjoy a lil treat this winter and I would love to know how you like this recipe 💛
